Terms and Conditions – Rocky Reefs

Welcome to Rocky Reefs. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Orders for live coral will not be dispatched automatically — we will always confirm a delivery date with you via email.
• 3D printed products are made to order and typically ship within 2–4 working days.

2. Payment

• We accept all major secure payment methods through trusted gateways.
• Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.
• Your payment information is handled securely and never stored by us.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Live corals are shipped on a pre-arranged date using a next-day courier service (arriving by 1 PM).
• 3D printed accessories are dispatched via standard post unless otherwise selected at checkout.
• Shipping is available within the UK only at this time.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect address information or courier errors.

4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

If your coral arrives dead, you must notify us within 3 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the coral in its original sealed packaging.

If verified, we will offer either a refund for the coral or store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

DOA policy is void if no one is available to accept the delivery on the first attempt.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of live animals, returns are not accepted for coral.

For 3D printed items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt if there is an issue with your order.
