Delivery Information
IMPORTANT: Coral deliveries will not be shipped automatically. We will always contact you in advance via email to confirm a suitable delivery date. Please ensure that emails from @rockyreefs.com are not blocked or sent to your spam folder.
Coral Delivery
All live coral orders are carefully packed in either waterproof containers or double-bagged, placed inside a food-safe insulated box, and typically accompanied by a 40-hour heat pack to ensure safe transit. In warmer conditions, heat packs may be excluded to prevent overheating.
Once weāve confirmed a delivery date with you via email, your coral will be sent using a Next Day by 1 PM courier service.
š¦ Dispatch Days:
Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only. We do not ship on Fridays to avoid delays that could result in weekend holdovers.
Someone must be available to sign for the parcel on the first delivery attempt. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our DOA (Dead On Arrival) guarantee will no longer apply.

ā Unfortunately, we do not currently ship corals to the EU or Northern Ireland.
3D Printed Accessories
Our range of 3D printed reef accessories is made to order. Orders are usually dispatched within 2ā4 working days.
Accessories are shipped via standard post, unless you select an alternative delivery option during checkout.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy
We understand that receiving healthy livestock is essential. In the rare event that your coral arrives deceased:
Please email us a clear photo of the coral in its original packaging within 3 hours of delivery.
The coral must still be inside its sealed bag or container when the photo is taken.
If confirmed as DOA, we will offer either a refund for the coral or store credit toward a future purchase.
